This May, it’s all about the birds!
At The Living Rainforest, we’re inviting families to join us for “Beak Week”—a fun-filled celebration of all things avian. Birds come in an astonishing variety of shapes, sizes, and colours, and this month, we’re exploring what makes them so wonderfully unique. From their brilliantly adapted beaks to their impressive feet, birds are one of nature’s most fascinating creatures, able to thrive in nearly every corner of the planet.
Children can take part in our fun and educational “Beak to Feet” activity pack and trail, designed to spark curiosity and adventure. Along the way, meet some of our favourite residents — like Luigi the Curassow and Edwin the Toucan—as they greet you in the rainforest glasshouses.
