We’ll be closed to the public on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. This short break allows our team to enjoy some well-deserved time with their families over the festive period and to recharge after a busy year of caring for our rainforest plants and animals.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all our visitors, schools and supporters. Every visit, donation and kind word helps us to continue our work in conservation, education and inspiring people to care for the natural world. Your support really does make a difference, and we’re incredibly grateful.

We’ll reopen on 27th December, refreshed and ready to welcome you back. Come and warm up in our tropical rainforest glasshouses, discover our animals & plants, and enjoy a peaceful escape from the winter chill.
