Proba-V

Proba-V is a miniaturised satellite developed by ESA, equipped with a specialised Vegetation Instrument that uses multispectral sensors. Its mission is to capture daily, global imagery to monitor and study changes in vegetation cover. PROBA-V provides valuable data for a range of applications, including land use analysis, global vegetation classification, crop monitoring, famine prediction, food security, disaster monitoring, and biosphere studies.
