Important information

Our keepers will accompany you during your experience so you will get the opportunity for some unbeatable pictures with your favourite animals. Our experiences are designed for up to 2 people only (children aged 6-14 must be accompanied by an adult).
We do not include our toucan or primates in the experience due to health and safety concerns for the recipient(s) and animals, and we cannot guarantee that our sloth will be part of any experience.
We cannot guarantee our animals will always be available on the day of your visit. If this happens, we will discuss the alternatives available.
It is entirely up to the discretion of the keeper whether to continue an experience if recipients do not follow our instructions.
