Government guidelines require all visitors (except those in exempt groups) to wear a face covering while visiting, as part of wider social distancing efforts.

Visitors are therefore requested to wear a face covering in all indoor areas. This includes the entrance building, tropical glasshouses, gift shop, café and toilets. Similarly, members of our team will also wear face coverings whenever they have direct interactions with members of the public. We also have screens at all till points for your safety.

Visitors can choose from a broad range of face covering styles. The picture below gives a few examples. Feel free to be creative – visitors with rainforest-inspired face coverings are most welcome!
