Please wear a face covering
Posted: 15 May 2021
Update: We’re reopening on 17th May!
Government regulations require that all visitors (except those in exempt groups) wear a face covering during their visit.
Visitors are requested to wear a face covering in all indoor areas. This includes the entrance building, tropical glasshouses, gift shop, café and toilets. Similarly, members of our team will also wear face coverings whenever they have direct interactions with members of the public. We also have screens at all till points for your safety.
We understand that you or a member of your party may be in one of the categories listed as exempt from wearing a face covering. In this instance, please notify a member of our staff upon arrival, and accept our apologies in advance if a member of our team makes a follow-up enquiry during your visit.
Visitors can choose from a broad range of face covering styles. The picture below gives a few examples. Feel free to be creative – visitors with rainforest-inspired face coverings are very welcome!
