Ticket terms and conditions
All ticket prices and opening times are subject to change.
All guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
Annual / member tickets are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Day / non-member tickets are valid for the date booked. If you are unable to use your booking on that date, we can re-validate your tickets for you for use within one calendar month. No refunds can be made.
All tickets are sold on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis.
Visitors purchasing concession tickets must bring evidence of their eligibility for presentation at the point of Admission. (We reserve the right to deny entry or charge the full standard admission fee to any visitor unable to provide documentation upon request).
Visitors are advised that dogs are not permitted into the Living Rainforest (the exception being assistance dogs which are welcome on a lead in our outdoor café seating area and other outdoor zones).
The Living Rainforest reserves the right to alter, close or remove exhibits without prior notice for technical, operational, or other reasons and that no refunds can be given in these circumstances.
The Living Rainforest accepts no liability for loss or damage arising on the premises or for any related out of pocket expenses.
The e-ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or exchanged for cash.
The Living Rainforest reserves the right to refuse admission to the centre or ask visitors to leave without prior notification should their behaviour be deemed to be anti-social or offensive to staff or other visitors. In these instances, refunds will not be issued.
From time to time the Living Rainforest may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring on or in the vicinity of the centre which may feature visitors. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that the Living Rainforest may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever, with copyright residing with the Living Rainforest.

Safety measures
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have introduced specific safety measures at the Living Rainforest to safeguard the health, safety and well-being of persons visiting the centre.

Visitor requirements
The safety measures put in place in response to the Covid-19 pandemic are there to safeguard the safety and well-being of all guests visiting the Living Rainforest. It is in the interest of everyone at the centre to comply with these safety measures. Therefore, should an individual not comply with these safety measures, we reserve the right to require that individual to leave the centre in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Acceptance of risk
The safety measures that are being and have been introduced are intended to minimise the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus, but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. Therefore, anyone visiting our attraction acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.
Booking Terms
- Making your booking
Your booking will be confirmed by a booking reference, we will reconfirm your booking by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address which you enter/provide at the time of making your booking. However, if you have spam filtering on your email account, our email might not reach you. Your email will serve as proof of payment for your ticket. You will need to present this confirmation email at the entrance to gain entry. You must take the confirmation email with you or you may not gain entry. Please check your booking confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information on the confirmation appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. - Your contract
Your contract: A binding contract between us comes into existence when the final page of the booking confirmation procedure gives you a booking reference. This contract and all matters arising from it are governed by English law. - Changes by you
Once a booking reference has been issued it will not be possible to transfer your booking.
